At the beginning of the “Train Chase” mission, instead of taking a left to Bond’s Porsche, turn right into a small room. Inside, you’ll find a dirtbike and a slightly different path through the level.

To earn multi player points used for unlocking bonus characters and arenas, you’ll need to complete optional objectives in the co-op campaign. To view these objectives, select the mission you want to tackle and hit CIRCLE. You’ll then be shown what the bonus objectives are. Completing these objectives will earn you 10 multi player points.
You can also view these challenges on the pause menu of a co-op game.

On the level “Agent Fallen (or something like that)” you will be forced to endure walking through a dark pathway aimlessly while using your thermal vision. You can skip this whole part by simply switching a lever that is near the side of the barracks and opening a door. This door takes you directly to the next part of level. Amazing!
Medal of Honor: Allied Assault Cheat Console Activation Procedure
To activate the cheat codes you need to create a shortcut from the MOHAA executable (.exe) icon. The default location is C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\MOHAA.
Right click on the short cut and click on the Properties tab. Delete the existing target line and replace it with the following:
“c:\program files\ea games\mohaa\mohaa.exe” +set developer 1 +set thereisnomonkey 1 +set cheats 1 +set ui_console 1″ (Do not include the quotation marks).
Now, start the game by clicking on the shortcut icon. Then click on the Advanced options menu in the stack of radios. Turn on the Console option. Press the “~” (tilde) key to bring down the console and you’re ready to cheat!

JonR2006 maintains he has the solution for LotR:RotK end of the game codes. He states that once you have beaten Return of the King, the codes at the end of the game don’t work. Everytime there is a DOWN, UP, RIGHT, or LEFT entry to press when putting in the code, you have to do the exact opposite.
Basically, when the code tells you to press UP, press DOWN (note UP and DOWN have been fixed on the PS2 page). When the code tells you to press RIGHT, press LEFT. Do note change the instructions for CIRCLE, SQUARE, TRIANGLE, or X (keep them the same).

Once you beat the game, a Bonus Room will open. Head inside and go to the Juke Box to hear the sound test.
