Mario Party 5 Super Duel Mode Secrets
In order to unlock the locked Battle Games, you must complete the game at the highest available difficulty. In order to unlock a new Battle Game, such as Flag Competition, you have to complete the hardest level of the game before it (in this case, complete Battle Competition at hard to open Flag Competiton). To unlock Donkey Kong as a driver, beat him in any Super Duel competition on hard difficulty. There are also some locked machine parts. If you beat DK in any hard Super Duel competition, you unlock the DK Body, DK Engine, DK Tires, and DK Weapon. If you beat all three games in all three difficulties, you unlock the Skolar Body, Skolar Engine, Skolar Tires, and Skolar Weapon. After you purchase all 44 machine parts, Bob-omb Wall and Bowser Punch become unlocked.

Mario Party 5 Unlock Mini Games
Once you play a mini-game in Story Mode or Party Mode, it becomes unlocked. In Mini-Game Mode, to play Mini-Game Circuit, you have to have unlocked one four player game, one 2 vs. 2 game, one 1 vs. 3 game, and one duel game. In order to play Mini-Game Decathlon in Mini-Game Mode, you have to have unlocked Chomp Romp, Dinger Derby, Flower Shower, Ground Pound, Hydrostars, Later Skater, Leaf Leap, Night Light Fright, Triple Jump, and Will Flower.

Mario Party 5 Hint: Easy Points in Super Duel Mode
If you want to have a lot of points for Super Duel Mode, but don’t want to spend time doing it, all you have to do is go into Mini-Game Mode and start “Free Play” and scroll to the section you want points in, and play a mini-game. But, the best way to do it in “Free Play” is to just start a mini-game in the section you want, then when the game starts, press START and then press Z. (quit) You will automatically return to the “Free Play” menu, and a point for Super Duel Mode. You don’t even have to win or even complete the mini-game to get the point!

Mario Party 5 Hint: Fire Rain Minigame Blind Spot
In the Bowser mini game where he lights the fire works and it rains fire down on the characters, there is always a safe spot on the bottom edge of the circular platform. Just run to it and avoid the sparks every time.

Reign of Fire Hint: Dragon Slaying
When you are fighting aganist the dragons, stay next to a water pipe. From there, shoot them. If they hit you and you’re on fire, shoot a water pipe and go where the water comes from to clear the fire. Note: you can clear the fire in the fourth level by shooting water bombs at yourself.

Wave Race: Blue Storm Tsunami Zone
Looking for some really huge waves? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. Here’s how to find a nice little secret spot that’s all about big waves. To get there, select Free Roam from the main menu. Now pick a racer with a high top speed (remember that you can increase the top speed by customizing your rider by pressing Z). Go to Dolphin Park. Look straight ahead and slightly to the left. See that island in the distance? Right in front of that island, you will notice a circle of red buoys. The trick is to get into the circle of buoys by leaving the course — before the five second Time Out clock runs out. Your best bet is to turbo as you leave the course, do a trick to help fill up your turbo meter while you’re boosting, then hit your boost again. If you’ve done everything right, the timer will disappear and you will find yourself in your very own Tsunami playground. The waves here are big enough for you to do tricks off them, so have fun jumping!

Wave Race: Blue Storm Load Screen Fun
Whenever a new track loads (on the screen displaying the track name), try moving around the analog stick: you can stir the water and cause ripples while you wait.

Wave Race: Blue Storm Turbo Start
Here’s a classic Nintendo trick: to start off a race with a full turbo meter, hit the accelerator right when the starting lights turn green. If you do it right, you will have full turbo right away.

Wave Race: Blue Storm Turn on Password Mode
To get to the Password screen, go to the Options menu and hold X, Z and START. Now you’ll be able to enter all sorts of cheats as well as passwords to participate in official Nintendo tournaments.

Wave Race: Blue Storm Unlock Trial Mode
Enter the training mode and complete all training objectives on the Beginner and Master settings. Simply follow the directions and complete the tricks (you need check marks next to every trick or control option, even the painfully obvious ones like “go straight” and “turn.” Once you have finished them all, a new option called “Trial” is available under Training. It’s a stunt variation of Dolphin Park.

Wave Race: Blue Storm Fast Recovery
Here’s another little undocumented feature… Don’t just sit there when you fall off your jet-ski. Tap the A-Button repeatedly to get back on your ride in no time.

Wave Race: Blue Storm Tournament Passwords
Like many Nintendo games, Blue Storm has a tournament password option built in. These passcodes let you race a Time Trial or Stunt track, then tally your totals and spit out a code that you can use to enter and get ranked in Nintendo-held tournaments. You can also use some of these codes to play a level you may not yet have unlocked (slacker!).

To enter a password, go to the Options menu, press X, Z, and Start, then select the Password entry option.

Wave Race: Blue Storm How to Unlock Time Trial Weather Conditions
To unlock the different weather conditions in the Time Trial mode, you need to play the Championship Mode… a lot. Every time you enter a new Championship, the weather conditions for the tournament days are randomized. If you complete a race on a track, the weather condition that you encountered will be unlocked Time (only for that difficulty level and track). So if you want to unlock Southern Island with rainy weather, check your forecast. If rain is predicted for the third day, choose Southern Island as your third track to race. That’s it. Good luck.

Hunter: The Reckoning Get All Weapons
To get all weapons, during gameplay press UP, DOWN, X, Y, Y.

Hunter: The Reckoning Infinite Glyph Glitch
When playing, have two players access a permanent increase Glyph (either Strength or Accuracy) at the same time and the Glyph will always be available. The regular Glyphs (Health and Conviction) are disabled on the fourth use; if one player uses a Health Glyph three times, have two people use it at the same time for the fourth time to enable the glitch.
